Registration

How much do I need to pay for registering on Joyamo.com?
You can register yourself on Joyamo.com for free.

What do I have to do for registering on joyamo.com?
The registration process is quite easy! You just have to enter few infos about you to access. Afterword you’ll receive a confirmation mail where to click on the link attached in.
In case the link won’t work, due to the e.mail used client, you can:

1. paste and copy this link on the web browser scrollbar
2. insert the confirmation code on the related form on Joyamo.com

Can I have a free round inside Joyamo.com?
Unfortunately no, you need to register before playing.

How do I invite friends?
If you want to invite and challenge together with your friends, you just have to click on here. You’ll be able either to import all your friend’s contact from your e.mail address, or doing it manually, one by one.

What do I need to do about cancelling my joyamo registration?
If you want to cancel you registration, e-mail us to info@joyamo.it

Your profile

How do I change my personal info?
You can change your info going to your personal profile (click on the Profile, Blog, Photo, Friends headed to the Home Page). Once you’re in, please search on the left the “profile” window; there you can edit your info.

How do I edit my avatar?
You can edit you avatar going to your personal profile (click on the Profile, Blog, Photo, Friends headed to the Home Page). Once you’re in, please search on the left the “profile” window, there you’ll find the link “avatar” where you can easily upload a new picture; the prvious avatar will be automatically deleted.

How do I delete my avatar?
You can edit you avatar going to your personal profile (click on the Profile, Blog, Photo, Friends headed to the Home Page. Once you’re in, please search on the left the “profile” window, there you’ll find the link “avatar”, where to click on the “delete” button, placed below the upload bar. Then confirm and your avatar will be deleted.

Play

How do I play?
1. register on Joyamo.com
2. insert the User ID (e.mail) and the Password you chose to enter
3. click on the game’s link you wish to play (each game has its instruction)
4. pick out the bet you prefer (such as 100, 200, 300 token…) on the right side of the web page, inside the “play” panel,. In case you’re willing to challenge together with another player (multiplayer version), fill in the “match” panel (placed below the “play” button) his nickname or e-mail and pick out your bet
(Important: select your bet inside the “play” panel if you want to play alone, otherwise do it in the “match” panel in case you ask for playing multiplayer)
5. anytime you bet, that’ll be deducted to your token account (you receive some token when you register in the first time and much more you play, much more you’ll earn token)
6. once you select your bet a new web page will open; click on the banner in that page and start on playing! (Important: you cannot play without disabling the pop up block)
during the game you’ll earn several points that will be converted in token.
7. at the end of the game click on the pop up message to convert your points in token and come back to the Joyamo Hp
8. each game has its predefined conversion ratio between points and token, which depend also on the games popularity. Keep watch the ratio!

What do I win?
On joyamo.com you win token: that’s the virtual money of the community.
You can use token to bet, to purchase in the market and to put free bids.

Can I challenge with other players?
Sure! go to the “challenge” window or get in the tournaments.

What’s the “challenge” option?
The “challenge” option allow you to have a match with another user. Each player will play versus the computer and the winner will be the one with the higher scoring realized during the game.

How do I challenge with another player?
In any game page you can choose if to play alone or with another user. On the right side of the page write his/her nickname or e.mai and select the bet you want to put in.
Once the challenger will accept you’ll play!

How do I accept a “challenge” proposal?
You find the proposal inside the “challenge” section, then click yes to accept or not to refuse.

What do the signs inside the “challenge” section mean?
In the “challenge” section are listed all your matches versus other players. Each challenge is represented by a window where to see several information:
- On the left side: Avatar, name and age of the challenger; the colour represent his/her sex (pink=woman; blue=man). N.B. when you see a green line below the avatar, that means his/her is online!
- On the right side: the game (click through the button and you’ll be carried to the game’s page), date of the proposal and the token required. N.B. You see below both the “accept” and “refuse” button when you’ve been invited, just the “refuse” button when you send a proposal! Once accepted the match, you’ll find the “play” button, click through and play the game!

N.B. the challenges still available are surrounded with a green line, the ones suspended (not yet accepted) are surrounded with a red line; the others don’t have any colour around.

I played a game, but I didn’t earn any token, why?
Anytime you end a game, you have to wait the number of token gained appearing on the web page, then click on the message which allow you to collect them.
N.B. in case you close the advertising window before the process is completed, you won’t realized any score and collected any token.

I clicked but I cannot open the window where to play, why?
In this case it’s possible the popup block is activated. The game system anyhow registers the game as played, but with no score. If you’re willing to play you need to disable the popup block form the Joyamo.com web page.

The window game is opened as a blank page, why?
You need to have installed the latest version of FlashPlayer, for being able to play on Joyamo.com. A free download of FlashPlayer is possible from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer. It’s highly recommended, after downloaded FlashPlayer, to restart the computer session. In case of further problems try to reinstall the program.

What is FlashPlayer?
FlashPlayer is a free program, realized by Acrobat, which allows users to read several web files (image, video, game). Tournaments

What are the tournaments?
Tournaments are happening where several players can compete in a single game.

How do I play?
Everyday inside the Hp of Joyamo (and in the dedicated section) are published different tournaments. You just have to click on the link to enter on the description page. Here, click on the “attend” button, placed on the right column. Every single tournament has its ticket of entrance. N.B. for the complete guide, click here.

How much does participate cost?
If you attend on a tournament you need to have a certain number of token, that’s indicated in the description page.

When do I start on playing?
The starting date depends on the tournament: token, time and sit&o tournaments will start sooner than Cup and League tournaments, where you have to attend that the exhibition will reach the definite number of players.
You will receive an e.mail alert.

How much time do I have to play?
For the Cup and League tournaments you have to play within 24h from the alert mail. In case you do not play, you will lose.
For the time, token and sit&go tournaments you have a predefined deadline.

What do I win?
Usually, each tournament shows the prize for the winner, in terms of token. On the description page you see also prizes for the other positions. Sometimes you can win other kind of prize (see the premium tournaments).

Are there differencies between tournaments?
Yes, every tournament is different for game and type. Moreover, from time to time are published special tournaments, Premium.

What’s the Premium tournament?
The premium tournament is published occasionally. This give the chance to win special prizes (i.e. participate to a special free bid or buy st in the market).

Are there as much tournament as many games available?
Yes, you just have to keep watch the publication for the game you’re waiting for.

What kind of tournaments I can play?
Actually, Joyamo hes 5 different typology:
- Cup or elimination
- League
- Sit&go
- Token
- Time

How to play on the Cup tournament?
This tournament is a cup tie.
Once the right number of player is reached, will be built up a backboard where all the matches are shown. The winner of each game is allowed to continue playing.
The tournament winner is the one that won all the matches. N.B. games are played versus the computer. The winner of each game is the one with the highest score.

How to play on the league tournament?
League tournament is managed as an Italian season mode. All the participants plays, once, each other. For every victory the player will get 3 point, 1 point for a drawn and 0 points for a defeath. The tournament winner is the one with the highest score. Any tournament start when it’s reached a predefined number of participants. N.B. games are played versus the computer. The winner of each game is the one with the highest score.

How to play on the Sit&go tournament?
Participants, during the sit&go tournament, play a certain number of games during a predefined time-frame. Token earned for any game are cumulated; the winner is the one with the highest token accumulation. Players don’t have to wait, once you participate, you play.

How to play on the Token tournament?
Participants in the token tournament have to reach a certain number of token (i.e. 1million). The one that reach that number at the shortest time is the winner.

How to play on the Time tournament?
Participants play as much games as they can within a certain time-frame. Token earned in each game are cumulated. The one with the highest number of token at the deadline is the winner. Timing and time-frame of the tournament are shown on the description page. Players don’t have to wait, once you participate, you play.

What if i’m not in the backboard?
If you’re participating at the Cup tournament maybe you lost the last game you play.

During the game I had some technical problem, what may I do?
If the technical problem you encountered made you lose, please mail us at info@joyamo.it and we will give you back the token amount you lost.

I won a game, anyway it turns out I lost, why?
On joyamo.com you play versus the computer, not directly versus your opponent. The winner is the one that scores the highest points. For instance: if you win in Joybriscola 80 – 40, not necessarily you beat your opponent; he/she could have won its game 83 – 37, in this case you lose.

I played a game, but my score was zero, why?

What are token?
Token are the virtual money of the Joyamo’s community.

Do they have an economical value?
No, token don’t have economical value.

How do I earn token?
Earn token is easy! The funniest way to do it is playing and score many points; anyway you can earn token in different ways: join in joyamo.com, inviting new friends, compiling your profile, …

Who’s in charge on decide how many token I win?
Token are a simple conversion of the points scored per each game. Every game has its conversion ratio, which is not fixed but depends on the game’s rank, difficulty, etc… Obviously higher is the ticket value, higher are the points reached and much more token you earn.

How much time do they hold up?
Token have annual length of time: if you don’t use them for a whole year, you will lose them. Deadline is defines on the 30th of july each year.
From the 1st of August every player start with the same amount. Early before the deadline is planned a special free bid where to use them.

I didn’t received token, what shall I do?
Any time you end a game, you have to wait the number of token you reached before closing the web page, in the contrary you won’t receive them.
Sometimes, due to the connection problems, it can happen you don’t get back what you earned, in this case, please contact us at info@joyamo.it: we will give you back what you was supposed to earn with a plus for your trouble!

Can I earn token in any games?
Yes, in any games, with the exception of the free games, you can cumulate token just playing. The ones which are free give you a fixed level of points anytime you play!

What can I purchase with my token?
Token allow you to participate on tournaments, playing multiplayer, activate several added functionalities and purchase from the souk (market).

What is the top members rank?
Top members rank report to the richest (in terms of token) players of the community.

What is the most regulars rank, inside a game page?
The most regular rank, for each game, represent players with the most token cumulated.

Are there other ranks?
Yes, in the tournaments, i.e., you can see the partial rank. There are also ranks, not yet showed, regarding the top scorer.

Souk (market)

What’s the souk of joyamo?
The joyamo’s souk is a free place where any user can enter in contact each other and exchange objects and staff, using their token.

How do I enter?
The souk is placed in a special section on the joyamo.com web site, where only the registered users can enter. To enter click here.

Which are terms&conditions of the souk?
You can read terms&conditions clicking here.

How do it works?
Once accepted the regulatory, you will have the possibility to sell your objects by an auction or participate on a free bid. When you send an offer, token will be withdrawn soon after, as a warrantee. In case you won’t award, there will be replaced.

You will receive a mail anytime:
- someone overtakes your bid
- you award
- the free bid is over and you have already sold

Is the souk for free?
Yes, this has exclusively recreational aim. The technical structure and services and funded by the generical advertising published in this section.

When I key in the offer, the system advice me is too low, why?
The main goal of a free bid is to set up an offer (in terms of token) in which the price should be higher than the current price. You can see the current price on the left – top side of the page. N.B. remember, do not insert any character different from numbers when you send an offer. In case you want to offer, i.e., 2 thousand token, just write “2000”, not “2.000”.

What are the Skill games for money, proposed by Joyamo?
The Skill games for money is a special section of Joyamo.com where you can play and win real money with Poker, Blackjack, Sports betting and instant lotteries: everything through a legal platform.

How do I play on skill games for money on Joyamo.com?
You can play after registering yourself, through clicking on the game you’re much interested in.

How much I can bet on Poker and Blackjack?
You don’t have to bet any real money directly;inside the game all you need is virtual money (token). What you pay is the entry fee of 0.50€, 1€, 2€, …

What do I win on Poker and Blackjack?
Usually the winner gets back the 80% of the total amount of entry fees paid from the other participants.
